Be warned - it?s no seating. The front folks says its a forever thing now on. Expensive coffee and no way to enjoy it.
This Starbucks location used to be a favorite spot, however recent Management has decided to remove all indoor seating as well... as closing the restroom to the public. The reason given is ?due to recent activity in the store?. In the meantime the Peet?sCoffee store across the street is THRIVING. Drinks are good but I hardly come to this location because the service is usually subpar . Today for example I went in and stood... at that pickup counter for a good solid 5 mins while the baristas joked around and didn?t even acknowledge me verbally. NormallyI could speak up but I shouldn?t have to make you do your simple job of greeting a customer . Read more
I placed my order at 752am. Stood there because I knew I got there early. Saw a customer get in line place an order and get his... coffees before I did. Stood there for literally 12 mins before anyone noticed I was standing there for a while. Got my order at813. I understand you guys get busy but I felt really neglected at this location. Read more
The chai I got was pretty gross. I asked the lady to fix it but she was pretty rude. Definitely don?t recommend this place.
Quick service, lots of tables and tons of plugs to charge your phone or computer. Great place to get a coffee and check email... before you start the day. Read more
It's always a pleasure to make a visit Starbucks on the Alameda in Dan Jose California. The staff are always professional kind... pleasant respectable and prepare my beverages always the way I like it and the cafe is always clean. I live near the cafe Theycall me Ms. D. I'm a senior citizens. I like sharing my experience and knowledge and talking to the young people at Starbucks.They are all so kind to me. I embrace them all ?. They are all my Divine Grand Children.? Please Starbucks Corporation could youplease consider giving the staff at Starbucks on the Alameda in San Jose California who are working through a time ofuncertainty gravitating around the Planet exposing thier wellness to the public daily because they are all hard working anddedicated a respectable generous monetary bonus. Store does not allow ordering ahead and all inside seating has been removed. Bathroom is closed "to protect public health".... Probably will not visit this store again. Read more
