Poor service, rude staff! Waited in (long) line for 15-20min to order, rushed to the gate to find out on the plane that both my... kids and wife had to go without breakfast as they forgot 3 items. Called a little later, no response so left a voicemail withall information to solve the issue, nothing. Next flight 3 weeks later I went back and they said it was overdue..., I convincedthem to reimburse me for their mistake, they couldn't hide their frustration by talking to each other in a foreign language,complaining to me they had to refund...wait, how about 'sorry we send your family out with empty stomages'?! Ok Starbucks - gets busy at times. Got there with no customers, clean place and nice employees.
