Order is always made wrong. Been coming here for years. Sometimes, they're doing well. Then they have a turn for the worst and... it lasts months. For the past 4 months or so, my order is literally never made right. It's so badly wrong its disgusting and Ijust have to trash it. I'll be making the trip down the road to Peet's from now on. It's just not worth it. They're alsofrequently closed during the day, but the app will say they're open. I only find out when I walk up and find a sign on the door.The staff used to be super friendly but I've felt uncomfortable the last few weeks. Everyone seems irritated and short withcustomers. I placed an order for a venti Christmas blend, regular coffee. Waited 5-10 ms, so finally I asked what was the issue for the... wait since it is just a pour in a cup type coffee. The girl told me they stopped serving it at 11am...ok..so why did you takemy order then and have me pay if I can't have it, and then have me wait around for no reason? ??????????????? Read more
Good service, poor guy had to cashier and make all my drink himself. Good drinks were made. Not sure i got points for the 4... drinks I ordered. Seems like they have not posted my points yet ...that is quite upsetting. If I get my points I will change mystars. Read more
I am appalled of the treatment my friend Rudy Monroe, received at this branch. Rudy is a paying customer who buys coffee at this... branch everyday. Rudys flaw is that he is poor. It seems the manager of this branch does not like to serve poor people in hisstore. Rudy was asked not to come to the store and when he came, the store manager called the police and got a restrainingorder. All this for no reason, as Rudy did not cause any trouble, or did anything illegal, all he wanted was to have a simplepleasure, even a poor person can afford: A cup of coffee. . Update- when I contact the district manager he said the reason Rudywas kicked out was because he used foul language, which is a lie, as we have the whole thing on video. Read more
Best Starbucks around! Very friendly staff. They make you feel at home, remember who you are, remember what you drink. I find... that pretty amazing with as many people as they see everyday. My orders are always correct and made quickly. This Starbucksdeserves 10 Stars. The only issue I see coming to this location is that there are many homeless people in that area. They don'tcause much of a problem and they're pretty nice generally. Read more
Hands down the slowest & sloppiest Starbucks I have been to in all of California and Nevada! Even placing your order through the... mobile order app, your drink order sticker will still be attached to the printer when you arrive. Not to mention, 8 outa 10times your drink is made incorrectly. Oh and this Starbucks is no busier than any other Starbucks.. Read more
The chubby cashier with the big bun was smirking and rolling her eyes when I ordered as if I was being dumb about the drinks.... Some things on the menu aren't clear and it's ok if customers have questions about what they're getting ready to pay for. Butthe people on the pick up side were hella nice. Read more
