I used to go to the Starbucks at McCarthy Ranch before this location opened up. However, Emily who used to work at the MCarthy... location transferred to this location and that?s what made me change to this location. She always makes my drink to perfectionand her customer service is great. She is definitely one of the best Starbucks baristas. Read more

Like another review said, the orders are all wrong consistently. I?ve had no syrups added, two of the same drink instead of the... ones I ordered, iced instead of hot beverages, and forgotten pastries. The people working here don?t acknowledge you when comingin for a pickup order and are careless when making drinks. Go to the Target across the street, they make better drinks and aremuch friendlier. This place has a real vibe to it. When you walk in they have this music that just captivates you. Some sort of jazzish blues R... and B, all locked in one. The manager and staff are great, they never get annoyed with my constant questions of special editioncup releases. Keep up the great work. Wrong or weird orders every time I?ve been so far. First had no syrup in a latte so it was very bitter, then no whip when asked... for extra whip, and now a weird oily layer that has odd texture that I?ve never seen on a coffee before. I don?t know if it?sbecause it?s new or what, but much better product coming from target across the street. Read more
