This review will change on the next visit for sure...the question is 3 or 5. The store is clean and the staff are friendly,... helpful and care about your satisfaction. My daughter and I stopped by to get a quick meal and although the service was slowerthan expected, I attribute that to a new staff member in training(?) that was over generous with the garlic butter on my steakand cheese. I think this devastating (sandwich altering) mistake was done with the best intentions and almost made the sandwichedible. Almost...lol. Anyways, back to the reason this is a 4 star review. The reason it is, is due to the fact that thegentleman supervising this very nice young lady acknowledged the fact that it took a little longer than expected and wasthoughtful enough to offer us a coupon for free cookies on our next visit while conveying an honest concern for the value of ourtime. This goes a long way for me and I feel another opportunity to make me another sandwich that won't clog my arteries andscare every vampire in California away for the rest of the year. Seriously though, the garlic butter is bomb, but too much of agood thing is, well, you know. Looking forward to my next visit and will update this review then... The true disappointment of this SuBWaY order a 12 tuna sub and the girl who made my order served the tuna with the knife, did... not measure the tuna that was going to put the sandwich and asked if they did not have a measuring spoon to serve it and Shetold me that yes, but that she had been working there for a year and that she already knew the average that she actually gavewith the spoon less than serving it with the Knife omg seriously. Then she asked if it was to eat here or to take and I toldher here it was 10:25 and she said but we are going to close and I asked her what time they closed and she told me you have like10 minutes to eat it here because we are going to close . Then a man came to buy and the girl had already locked the door andit was 10:30. Read more
