I was struggling to get my Apple Pay to come up on my phone. She told me they?re closed in 5 mins, ok fair. I walked outside and... got my Apple Pay to work. I went back inside but they said they were closed already, despite the open sign being on and door wasunlocked. All I wanted was a salad but the manager refused rudely. This was at 8:59 pm. Very poor customer service at thislocation. I work in the service industry, and that?s just plain bad service, turning away a customer right before closing. Justsharing my thoughts. Read more

My go to place for a quick meal. Never once have I had a bad experience here with either customer service or low of bread or... veggies. Read more

Writing this on behalf of my wife. She went in this morning 10/30/20 @850. The door was unlocked and she went inside. The girl... that was working who I have had unfriendly service from in the past saw her walking up and turned her back as soon as sheentered the shop. With her back turned to my wife she told her they were closed and wouldn't open until 9:00. My wife apologizedand the sandwich maker told her, "You're good" with her back still turned. I believe this employee is a supervisor there. Shehas an apprentice sandwich maker that can also be rude. I personally went there before because of the convenience but I keptgetting horrible service and stopped going. Didn't even go to another subway just gave up on it entirely. She won't be goingback either. It's a customer service job. If you don't like interacting with people why are you in a job that requires it somuch? Read more

Typical Reviewer dilemma. Nothing exists less than 1 Star. This Subway place is horrible and servers who make your sandwiches... always put less stuff in your sandwich and every-time I have to insist on putting ingredients in reasonable manner because youknow Hey - Eat Fresh ! ... this time they crossed the line which inspired me to write this review and never to visit this storeagain. As usual server was being cheap in making a sandwich so asked for more spinach and they rudely told me Foot long comeswith 6 leaves of Spinach. I tried to argue but they insisted saying thats the policy. I paid for the sandwich and left in shockbut I am sure 6 leaves is not the policy because by that logic they must be counting how many shredded lettuce they are supposedto put right? I think this Subway chain should change their motto from Eat Fresh to "Eat Less, Pay more " NEVERAGAIN! PS Later my wife told me why didnt you just leave and not pay for the sandwich and refuse the order? and I am likeevery other married man .. ahmmm... Still trying to defend why I paid for the sandwich .. any help? lol Read more

Horrible customer services here. Restraaunt made accusations that were clearly FALSE. police were called and police walked away... with no arrest. Clearly this restraunt is racist!!! This store needs to retrain there emplyees an actaully listen to what acustomer wants on their sandwich so we dont come back an ask for a side cup of olives! Read more

Every time I go to this subway at night the customer service is lovely!! Unfortunately in the morning it is terrible the ladies... are crabby and rude! My five stars go to the wonderful night time employees. Every time I see that girl Bianca making my sub Iknow that I will receive great customer service. Read more
