I was hoping for more. We tried this place based on reviews but were unimpressed. The rolls are fairly small and expensive with... smaller portions of fish than most rivals. We will try it again. Read more

Truly delicious! We were in the area and just stopped by and it was so good and reasonably priced. We got a few sushi rolls and... the ramen was so good Read more

Sushi Jae is my go-to sushi spot whenever I'm looking for something local, fresh, and tasty! Not only is their sushi presented... beautifully, but there's also a wide range of options so you never get bored. I am a huge fan of the Oshinko rolls, which tastegreat if you are a fan of sour or more tangy flavors. The mochi, in matcha, mango, and vanilla flavors, is always a nice dessertas well. They do a great job with takeout and dine-in (pre-pandemic) and I hope to be back in-person once everything getsbetter :) Give it a try and you'll be sure to come back for some more!! Read more

Seriously my favorite sushi restaurant. The food is so delicious and the staff is super friendly. They always remember my... daughter and I. They even remember what she likes to order. The sushi chef always greets us and thanks us as we leave. Veryclean and comfortable atmosphere. Read more

Restaurant small and dark from the outside, located in a plain strip mall. Inside ok, but a little dark. Prompt service. Miso... soup ok, but not much tofu. Salad fine and good sized serving. The 2 hand rolls were surprisingly small. Chirashi: the sashimiwas fresh, but I was disappointed because not much quantity for $24: 3 thin slices of 5 types of sashimi, and not much rice. The seafood ramen is more Korean-style than Japanese-style; the seafood was fine but unfortunately the noodles tasted likeinstant ramen rather than fresh ramen. Diet Coke was in a can, so no free refills. The staff seemed nice, but unfortunately Iwill not return because I know of many other sushi places I like better. Read more

Came here for dinner on a Friday night and it was a pretty good experience EXCEPT for after my friend and I both got sick after... eating there. We didn't eat anything else together prior to the visit or after. It wasn't food poisoning, but it didn't make theplans that we were going to do afterwards any better. ??~~Parking: Plenty of parking. It's located within a small plaza next toa PetCo. The surrounding stores don't really drive that much traffic into the plaza, so there was LOADS of parkingavailable. ??~~Service: The staff was nice and attentive. They kept an eye on my friend and I to know when we were ready toorder and they came by to refill out water a couple of times. ??~~Best Part: The sushi over all was pretty good. I got the Lionking roll and the Mad dragon roll. I personally liked the mad dragon roll more b/c it was spicy. I'm not big on raw seafood, soit was nice that the waiter was able to point out all of the cooked options. ??~~Worst Part: The aftermath of eatingthere.....??~~Tips: Don't get their ramen (plain and noodles are like Top Ramen). It's a sushi place, so that's what they'rebetter known for. ??~~Return: I wouldn't just because of the stomach ache after. Read more

Real Wasabi (for an extra $2 but worth it)! Super friendly staff (you'll be called sir or mam), beautifully crafted sashimi,... tasty yakitori, udon, kid friendly spot. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Read more
