Came here as a kid a lot with my parents. Usually it?s quite unsanitary for the bathrooms and maybe the tables, haven?t been... here in a while but I would like to think the employees are hard workers delivering occasionally great food. Terrible people making food man. I have religious reason to not consume beef so I ordered BLACK BEAM CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME and they... gave me an order with beef!!! Everything on my receipt and the order says BLACK BEAN CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME and someone workingthere made a mistake man and broke my religious side of not eating beef since birth!!!? Service was good, but Toasted Cheddar Chalupa was RAW INSIDE!! - I showed the manager that the shell was "gummy" UNDER the... toasted cheddar and she told me "it's cheese!" I questioned this but she assured me THE SHELL IS ALL CHEESE. I threw mine awayand later looked up that it's ONLY THE OUTSIDE that has the "Toasted Cheddar," so I called & voiced a complaint as servingunder-cooked food can make people sick! Worse customer service. I work at the hospital and go in at least 1 time a week. Orders are always wrong, when you bring it to... their attention I have been yelled at two times now. Had to wait 10 minutes just for them to add cheese and sour cream that wasalready paid for and they didn't add. HORRIBLE customer service!! Rude. Read more
Omgoodness- the quesadilla and the soft tacos are soooo delicious - this place is full of dangerously tasting food. I love... coming here late night right after I finish teaching. My wife gets the hard Tacos but I?m a fan of the soft tacos. Anything withmeat and cheese you will never go wrong with in taste and flavor. I will see you again next Friday Taco Bell!!! Read more
Usually I don't have a problem with my order. Usually fast service, but I received the wrong burrito and was in a hurry. Wanted... 1 Fire sauce, more wasn't needed and received a handful. I appreciated the extra, but will accommodate my request as neededbetter. Read more
Sadly food quality is not what I remember. I used to go there quite a bit years ago and stopped going because my kids grew up... and they're the ones that would ask to go there. I thought I'd go again since I hadn't eaten there in a number of yrs. I didn'tenjoy it. The taste was not the same and the tacos barely had meat and veggies.
