For some reason the food at this Taco Bell is always really mediocre in my opinion. Seems strange to consider some Taco Bell... locations serve better food than other locations consistently, but it is the case in my experience. Read more

During the day they have these kids that take your order before getting to the drive thru menu...and I hate it. They ALWAYS... seem so put out to be taking your orders...they don't know the menu...I do everything I can to avoid visiting during the day,and if I do I park and go inside. Why are they there? Used drive thru. Food was ok. I personally don't like the copying In and Out style of having a person take down ur order in... drive thru, the menu seems severely limited than before. I also like to see my options before ordering. After driving offnoticed no one placed the receipt in my bag, which is normal in most other places. How am I supposed to go back if my order iswrong when you don't hand me proof of my purchase? Read more

Food was good, but when I requested a plate or a lid to make one, I was told inventory would be affected. I never got the plate... or lid. I noticed two employees had their masks below their nose and one flat out had it off under her neck. I have been seeingthis all the time in every eatery that I have been too. From cooks to servers...masks below the nose. I get it, they are aninconvenience, but, we are in Covid still and have other issues. They must be worn correctly. Otherwise they are useless. Ugh! Drive through orders are always a 50% chance they will miss on accuracy. There is no check or confirmation with the customer... when handing off their order or to recheck with the preparer if the order was made exactly as what was asked. I ordered avegetarian Double Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito last night at drive through. Came home and find meat in it. Worse, there isno receipt in the bag to even go back to store to tell them. It has happened to me on drive through at this location other timesas well and I am always hesitant to go there after 9 PM, but last night I was just craving so much for this that I decided totake the chance; I failed, or I should say, they failed me. There may be some language barrier as well but proper training andcustomer service should be the cornerstone of such fast pace business which this business does not emphasis, I think. Read more

Normally have no issues coming to this location and I come here quite frequently. Employees are friendly and service is quick.... My only gripe recently is someone not paying attention to customized orders when it comes to preparing the food. 3 times alreadyI asked for no tomatoes, but always get it. Even double checking with the order takers doesn't seem to help. I hope this getsaddressed... otherwise this location is ????. Read more
