Wanted to order the stuff they've posted on insta but didn't have it on the menu. Ordered the El Jefe Taco, it was amazing.

Damn!! Aside from the hand made tortillas. The salsas are on point. I ordered a steak super taco. Which includes sour crème... slices of avocados. The meat is super tender. I also ordered a agua fresca mango flavored. Boy it was all delicious and filling. Read more
Food here is phenomenal, SO affordable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. There is only one cash register which can make... the line long but for this local, small business it is completely worth the wait, not to mention our meals came out in a timelymanner. We were just making a pitstop through San Jose and I?m so glad we stopped here. Not sure when we will be back to thearea but if we ever do, will definitely make it a point to start back again! This place was great! It was a small spot with a few staff, but man were these some of the best enchiladas I've ever had. Our... group got the red, mole, and green salsa enchiladas and some chicken flautas. I know I thought the green salsa was the bestflavor, but someone else in the group loved the mole best. Very clean nice looking on inside. Cashier was very friendly. 9$ for a tiny burrito with no flavor at all. Very Americanized... food. The rice was very bland no flavor at all the beans where cooked very good light salt. The pastor was horrible no flavor nospice chewy and dry. Didn't taste like pastor at all . I was disappointed with my food. If the menu has "bowl" on it turn aroundand leave .bowl is a Chipotle thing not mexican at all. I dont recommend coming here at all. Gave this place a try since it had very good reviews and we were not disappointed! The pictures do no favor to how good and... flavorful the food was!! The side of rice and beans were delicious and to me it was a good portion. The tacos were amazing andmy husband enjoyed his as well. The only thing that didn't quite make it was the salsa. Not spicy as others but it was fine formy husband since he doesn't do too much spicy. Lastly the quesadilla, it might look small on here but it was actually prettygood size and very flavorful! The bowls here are AMAZING! A LOT of protein! The flavor is amazing! Add either of their made in house salsas and you have... one of THE BEST bowls you can find! My personal favorite is the salad bowl with chicken. Add their Verde sauce for a littlekick. Love this place and will be back! Read more
