Hands down the world's best Boba Tea place and with the best customer service ever. While it's awkward to share this, I... absolutely must. I had to go to the restroom so urgently and I usually don't go to the restoom outside of home if I can helpit. But this restroom was squeaking clean with all the chlorox and cleaners and sanitization you would need! Kudos to the teamfor maintaining it so well. Excellent service here as well. Always love ordering from this place and love the drinks. I saw someone order these glass reusable tumblers and had to have... them. Unfortunately, they forgot my reusable utensils and straws so I can?t drink the boba? until I get home. I?ll forgive themsince I usually love this place! Read more
I loved their house milk boba tea. The taste is just like Thai ice tea and I loved it. Of all the teas I tried in the Bay Area,... I like this one the best. It's very sweet though. So ask for adjustment. 75% of their actual sugar worked for me. They alsocustomize ice quantity in your drink which I really appreciate. The staff were very kind and patient. They have some pastriessuch as macaroons and lemon loaf. They have some iced coffee too. They have a very nice place to sit and work. Read more
I've been coming to this location frequently, and I love the overall experience however I will say that having just one person... on the floor without support is their downfall. They need to learn when to ask for help. Aside of that I think Jerry? Is alwaysthere. In the back working, if he notices drinks he'll step in to help. You can tell he works too hard. I've only had onenegative experience with someone recently named Trubey. She looks new? I haven't seen her before at this location however shewas passive aggressive and very bad at listening and answering questions about the drinks. She gave off supervisor energy thoughso I'm sure it was just stress but I honestly left with a bitter taste in my mouth and psychologically, my drink didn't tasteworth it or yummy. I wish teaspoon has a mobile app or log in to see their rewards or mobile pickup that was easier to use andmanager. I like 7Leaves system, makes everything straight forward. Place is really cute. Drinks are nice. Some drink can be too sweet though so you have to adjust the sweetness. Only downside is... that you can't adjust the ice for some of the drinks. Read more
