Forced 17% gratuity on food and drinks, why? If I have to go to the cashier, order my food, pick up my food when is ready, clean... up my table when I am done eating, who am I tipping 17%?\nI?ll happily tip wait staff more than 17% in a full service restaurantwhen they show me to my table, answer any of my questions about the menu, take my food order, make sure my food is served in atimely fashion, they refill my drink, take my payment, etc. But this is definitely not a full service restaurant. Their food anddrinks prices are more than high enough to cover their employees wages, they shouldn?t pass those expenses to their patrons. Read more

45 minutes in a single line for food. There\'s apparently a way to order online, but it\'s not obvious on their website (which... has items no longer listed on the menu - like the ranch burger). After ordering, I learned there\'s a QR code at the tables, butI couldn\'t find it where we were sitting. The $16+ burger was raw. I didn\'t have time to correct it. Read more

Really awesome place! Went here for work event. Now am surely coming here to hang out, drink, & play some sports or arcades.... Huge place & lots of room to hang out or have your bday party or something. I wanna plan something with the friends &family. Places you don't realize are so close to home. I look for places like this & how did I not see you???? I highlyrecommend for all ages. Great place to bring the kids & the parents to still be able to grab a drink & relax with great company!???? Honestly such a hidden gem of a place. It\'s absolutely HUUUGE. Great for the full family. Full arcade, supervised kid zone with... bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and 5 different rock climbing walls. Roller rink with black lights and fun music, threedifferent restaurants inside (sushi confidential and flights were great). Tons and tons of seating. They have couches withfireplaces, outdoor seating with TV\'s, fire pits and heaters. Bocce ball, corn hole, darts, pool. Self service beer area, fullbar located at the dining area. There\'s honestly something for everyone here. Will be back many times in the future. Read more

Go here for your events! We were looking for a place to hold a private event that could accommodate 200 people for a memorial... service/celebration of life. I don\'t think many people who have thought to do it here, but for us, it was very fitting for thepersonality of the person we were memorializing. Elsa Newman and the staff helped us put together a beautifully catered event. The room we were in had banquet seating, five monitors for our slideshow, and a mic system for our event. Or was very convenientfor us that they had a variety of menu options. Read more
