Great shop . They never mess up on my orders
I felt rushed to order even though I was the only person in there. When they asked which ingredients I wanted they either... weren't paying attention or couldn't hear me over the music they were playing so I repeated myself MULTIPLE times and they STILLalmost forgot my add-on. The person who made my sandwich is new and that's not a problem but he wasn't paying attention to whatI was saying or the person training him, who was giving him no help and instead watching him make the sloppiest sandwich I'veever seen. They replaced all the great guys and girls who were working here before and now It is a bunch of teenagers who are so clueless.... I had to call the manager to get the order right and the girl still had an attitude. Never coming back to this Togo's Too badbecause they were really good. I really like Togos. Especially their hot pastrami#9. Their sandwiches are very good in general. I gave 4/5 stars because... prices are a bit higher it seems. I thought they used to offer 6 and 12 inch subs and I paid what I felt was quite a bit moreto go from a 6 inch to 9 inch sub. Maybe they're struggling like so many others. Read more
I always get exactly the sandwich that I order from the very nice staff at Togos. Usually I get the slightly off menu 17 on... parmesan bread, dry no peppers. I call ahead a little, and it's waiting for me. So my goto for lunch most days. Read more
Our server Quan was great, but the cashier didnt offer us a senior discount, even though I have grey hair. We are 70. She said... "Too late. The other sandwich maker, a young lady, asked the cashier if we could still get the discount, and was told "No" . Butthe food was good. If we would have gotten the discount, we would have put it into the top jar. The bill was $70 for 5sandwiches. Read more
Great food but complicated ordering. Even though each sandwich is listed with certain ingredients, they put all the stores... ingredients on the sandwich anyway. And most people aren't tall enough to see over the counter while the sandwich is beingmade. The staff isn't exactly friendly and welcoming. Parking is okay, depending on the popularity of the shopping center at anygiven time. Read more
