I was really excited about coming here since it's a brand new location and closer to home. The manager is not very polite to his... employees and the staff seemed unengaged. No one seems interested in helping take your order. They prefer you order on thekiosk, however the kiosk is slow and does not have the correct functions on it. Multiple customers were frustrated and wishedthey would have just been offered to be helped at the actual register. Read more
If you post a time you're closing on the window because you're short staffed of incompetent teenagers, try actually closing at... that time and not 15-20 mins ahead of that time. You're supposed to CLOSE at the stated time, that's not what time you'resupposed to get off shift and go home. Lazy incompetents. Read more
I most likely will not be returning to this store but will go to another. This store does not have items listed on the website... and when I questioned why the items were missing, this very rude male started barking at me and another customer. The sodamachine was out of syrup and they had no fresh brewed tea. He stormed over to the machine and started banging around trying tochange the syrup packs. It still wasn't working and he just slammed the door closed. One guy just set his cup down and walkedout. I kept asking where the unsweetened tea was and he was very rude saying they don't have fresh brew tea. I said theonline order said they have the tea. He eventually gave me 2 bottles of tea and walked over to the soda machine and grabbed the3 cups of ice and threw them towards the trash can. Ice went flying everywhere which made him madder. each and every time I place a pick up order no matter the time of day its always late by atleast 10-15 minutes while im standing... there but still taking orders from people standing in line. majority of the time you can tell the sandwhich was rushly made andeverything is not even like the pastrami the cheese the lettuce.. I regularly stop at this Togos for food after an evening exercise class. Its always empty since its after 7pm. They staff is... usually quick and helpful. I got the #9 HOT PASTRAMI for my mom. Its over 1/4 lb. of pastrami with yellow mustard, servedTogo's Style, on white bread. On Mondays, their deal of the day is the #9 so you get a discounted sandwich with a drink. Themeat was a little too spicy this time for my mom. I had the SANTA FE CHICKEN half salad - Avocado, tomatoes, black bean & cornsalsa, cheddar cheese & balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This is always a decent salad. The half size is actually a good sizeand very filling. So overall not bad. Decent food. Read more
The first time I came to this new location, the employees came off as stand-offish, and unwilling to help as many other reviews... stated. I was honestly sick of waiting around for the 2 kiosks to open up so I left after 5-10 min. Today I decided to givethem a second chance. Despite being busy, the employees and manager were all smiles and helpful. It felt like a 180 turnaroundby the staff and I was there for it. Hope to see this great service continue! Read more
