This place was short on staff, the cashier wasn't friendly. I asked for the bathroom code with the cashier gave me the wrong... code 2x's until who I assume was the manager eventually gave me the correct code. Then on top of that as I continued to wait togive my order another customer said she's been waiting for 15min for her food and I was already waiting for 8min just to order Ifinally said forget it and left. I'm not from this area ( I'm a Los Angeles resident ) but if I come back up to visit I WILL NOTCOME TO THIS PLACE. Read more

The last two or 3 times I've been there my burgers were barely warm. Spending $30 for 2 Jr bacon burgers and fries with a... frosty is outrageous. If I'm gonna pay almost $5.00 for a small burger can I at least get it fresh and hot. Fries were greatand so was the strawberry frosty.. Read more
Okay, so I usually order the Big BACON Classic, keto style (no bun, no ketchup, etc). They pretty much get my order right, as... far as making it keto, the way I wanted... but for some reason that I do not understand, pretty much every time, without fail,they forget the BACON. It is literally in the title of the burger.. I just don't get it. Otherwise, service is rather quick,and the people working there are nice. I just wish the thing I ordered was made the way I wanted. I know my order is slightlycustomized, but it shouldn't be that hard to read and figure it out. The fries were burnt but cold inside. My chicken sandwich was cold and not cook properly. Between the breaded and the meat was... a yellow layer and cold. Either they were serving old food to get rid of old inventory or they just don't care about thecustomers or the quality of the food. I just hope I don't get sick from the little that I ate.... the Root Beer was Great... ifthat counts for anything. Read more
