I really wanted to like this place, but my first impression when I walked in was the cook licking his fingers (while wearing... gloves) and not wearing a mask. He then proceeded to prepare all of my food. I also noticed that the health certificate had thename of a different restaurant. Sad to say that the food looked great but I just couldn?t get that image out of my mind. GuessI?ll have to try the new middle eastern place on campbell Ave. Read more
Got takeout before the dinner rush. Service was wonderful. Food prepared hot and fresh by the owners/family. The Falafel Wrap... Deluxe is massive, about the size of a child's arm; love the cauliflower and potatoes in there. Highly recommend the Kenafeh fordessert. We enjoyed all the dishes and would reorder all again ? entire menu is vegetarian, affordable, and portions aregenerous. Read more
First time trying What the Falafel and it won't be my last! Service was great, very friendly owner and staff. The restaurant... smells delicious and everything is so fresh, the owner was making fresh falafel when we walked in and gave my Husband and I someto enjoy while we waited for our order. I got the Falafel Plate which was made up of fresh salad with cucumber, tomatoes pickledturnip, dolmas and hummus! Absolutely delicious and very generously served.
