This Dennys in San Juan is 10 out of 10! Great staff and great management! The team of servers and front staff etc are all so... great! From the moment you walk in to the moment you get served you are treated with exceptional service! Food is delicious too!This will be my new breakfast spot with my family! Read more
I am very disappointed with their service. We got there at 11 am and got our food at 11:45 am we had to ask our server to box it... up. All the time that we waited we could see the servers standing around waiting by the counter and hear the cook making ruderemarks. The manager would just come out telling his staff "Who's the weakest link!" Instead of helping out his staff. When Ibrought it up to the managers attention he said he saw no problem with the situation. He was being very rude to us and to hiscashier. They need further costumer service training. Read more
If I could put a 0 star I would. This is the second time we go but this time it wasn?t as packed as the first time and the... service was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 ordered our food right away food took about 40 min to get to our table. The kitchen isunderstaffed, the servers should be more consistent with keeping up with their food from their tables. Cooks have a bad mouthknowing it?s an open area we can see and hear everything going on. We advised the manager about the service he didn?t seem tocare he just said food was coming out on time that is NOT true because we saw all the pending orders on the expo line! We came to this location for the first time on Sunday and I was extremely impressed! They greet you as you walk in, the manager... was walking around to ensure everything was going good. We were seated promptly and our server was phenomenal! His name isBobby. He was always checking up on us and refilling our drinks, even the water. The food did take a little long, but it wasSOOO DELICIOUS when it came out. The toast was buttery and soft. I had Moons Over My Hammy with seasoned fries. Definitelyrecommend this Denny's location!!! 10/10 Outstanding service! I loved this Denny's! Close by, and I felt VERY welcomed when I entered. The staff was very... pleasant, my server went above and beyond his duties. (I will edit later when I get his name.) All in all you will have anexceptionally pleasurable time at this Denny's. Establishment was clean, food was great, and staff was notable. P.S. Be mindfulof other reviews, just because they had a bad time doesn't mean you will. I visited on a Sunday night at 7pm. Wasn't too busyparty of 2, seated ourselves, and served quickly. Read more
This Denny's seems to be short staffed all the time. The greeter kept on staring at us before she finally decided to put us down... for sitting. Bad customer service on her part. This Denny's needs more staff and train their staff to be more courteous. Alsothe location is very dirty. Plates are dirty, everyone stepping on hashbrown and never could take a sec to clean it up.
