Service was not exceptional all. Server was rude and just placed. The tacos on the table not letting anyone know which was... which. The chicken guisada was extremely dry. They charged for guacamole that wasn't thawed out and chunky and had tomatoes andonions mixed in. Neither the personnel or the manager offered to fix or address the issues. Horrible service. Worse carne guisada plates ever! Very little meat plus the rice was very hard. They shouldn?t do that to paying customers. It?s... not like they?re free. Another problem is the bathroom stench that fills the whole place up too. Disgusting! NEVER coming backagain. Read more
Their quality of food and service is very good and pretty much consistent throughout their chain. There is no other restaurant... that can beat the quality and value of their food. I had the chalupa with beef. I have been to two of them in McAllen one inEdinburgh one in far on 83 and one on San Juan on 495. The Edinburgh one is on University I like that one too and the one on10th Street is really good. Read more
Gross !! Food was soggy they use thin chips for nachos. I asked for onion and it was cooked!! Ugh!! I wanted to give them... another try because of bad food in the past . What a waste of money and time!! I don't see how they have good reviews they mustbe fake!!!!! Read more
Highly recommended. Their carne guisada is delicious. Not too much spice and hardly any fat in the meat. The refried beans... are outstandingly delicious. Best in the valley. The flavor and texture. Also their flour tortillas are perfectly cooked andsuper soft. Definitely returning again. Kudos to the cooks and staff. Restaurant is super clean. We ordered Botana platter for 2 and it was so delicious! It's our Anniversary so we decided on Mexican food because we love... their beans, flour and corn tortillas! It's a well served platter and the service was great! We got some free chips and extraPico de Gallo too! Thank you!!???? Read more
