50048. First of all I ordered Two Big and golden sandwiches with a side of mashed potatoes, as soon as I left I checked my order... and had two chicken salads sandwiches and no mash potatoes. When I went back to let them know I received the wrong order Blancastated "I was just telling the manager I know you ordered the chicken salad" and I stated I know I ordered the Two goldensandwiches can I get those instead of the chick salad sandwiches and she then stated "I Know what I heard". The rudest customerservice I ever had. I don?t understand how replacing my order was so difficult for the worker to do, I will not be going back tothis golden chick location. General manager is very rude had no care in the world, she was screaming at my mother the entire time. Said they never messed up... but messed up a total of 4 times. They did not want to give us spicy chicken stating it?ll be to hot for us. I?m very upset if Icould give no stars I would. Literally had a coupon and was still charged full price, worker in the back said OH MY GOD! because we asked for the difference... in price.. Manager wasn?t knowledgeable on doing discount had to call GM (never answered) wanted to recharge meal so that thediscount would appear but difference would be credited 5-7 days later, means we would have been charged twice.. Meal was $55mind you, after about 25 minutes manager was able to credit us and GM still didn?t answer, staff was rude and unprofessional,not to mention place could have been cleaner.. Read more
I love their spicy chicken tenders and yeast rolls however this is the second time I ask for 16 piece tender family meal and I... get my order wrong. Employee will always ask you if you want original or spicy tenders I have a 5 yr old so therefore I alwaysask for 4 tenders original and the rest spicy but they never give me the order that way. I always end up with half originalhalf spicy. ???????????????Why do they ask me then do it whatever way is easier for them. Read more
Food is very good and tasty. Everything is fried perfectly and their lota zing sauce is great! Only issue I've had is that I... have asked for spicy chicken and they have forgotten to add the spicy seasoning 3 times now. That won't stop me from going back. Read more
I absolutely LOVE the roasted chicken! I always buy the FAMILY PACK that includes 8 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. You can... choose to mix it with fried chicken (I never do). The roasted chicken tastes amazing, as well as the french fries. The macaroniand cheese is good, too. Be ready for a very filling meal! Read more
