Be careful what you ask for. We ordered meat lovers. (Yes, I know that?s PizzaHut). I was t told they don?t have that they... just have a three meat Italian. I said let?s just meet they said yes I order it and now I?ve got to dig through onions andgreen pepper and all that garbage that I did not want. Sucks!!!!!???? Worst costumer service. First time ordering from this new location, kids were excited. Got a burnt ????, told... them it's was black and burnt. Manager said it was the oven and there was nothing they could do, I told them to keep the pizza,and eat it. Read more
Worst service ever!!!! They never answer the phone even for carry out orders, they claim they dont answer calls after 10 pm... because there is no delivery service at that time... they close at 11pm and stop receving order at 10 30, incredible! If theywant to stay in the business they should seriously consider to do something about their customer service... they just lost acustomer right now!!! What a shame! Read more
I ordered $50.00 worth of food yesterday since I had people over and i got a call advising me that they delivered elsewhere.... They told me that I could dispute the charge with my bank or they could remake my order...I chose to have my order remade and Idid not hear anything back nor did i have my pizza delivered. I called this morning and the manager had no empathy towards thesituation. I had people over that I couldn't feed and im still short $50.00. I was advised that they could only give me creditand could not refund. I have to contact my bank and try to see if I can get a refund for food that they did not deliver to me orhave remade. Very disappointed. I asked for delivery, they told me I was getting boneless chicken with bbq and they brought me chicken... tenders with no bbq. It barely has any bbq sauce on there and the pizza smells like pee. Read more
Lunch Buffett included drink for $7.99!!!! It was delicious.! Staff was super nice, very very clean, even bathrooms were... perfectly kept. I begged owner to open another in Weslaco since this one is about 30 miles one way from my house. I am makingthis my regular place every tine I am in the San Juan, Alamo Pharr or McAllen area.
