Terrible customer service, after waiting an hour for a "15 min pickup" with the kids at the counter laughing it up as customers... waited, I get home to find our order is wrong, the topping I paid extra for on our pizza was, of course, missing, as well as thesauce my wife specifically asked for with the breadsticks also was not sent with the order, while speaking with the manager sheseemed bother to have to assist me with the mistakes they made, when giving me credit for a pizza as amends, she has the nerveto tell me they don't charge extra for topping when I literally just paid for extra toppings... needless to say we will likelynot be returning to this location and if you value customer service you should also steer clear... The customer service is not there. Was planning on dinning in. The ambience was slow, it was only us and 1 other table who had... already been served. We waited for a total of 30 minutes+ before we were acknowledge, not even a hello or getting our drinkorder started.
