Terrible customer service, after waiting an hour for a "15 min pickup" with the kids at the counter laughing it up as customers... waited, I get home to find our order is wrong, the topping I paid extra for on our pizza was, of course, missing, as well as thesauce my wife specifically asked for with the breadsticks also was not sent with the order, while speaking with the manager sheseemed bother to have to assist me with the mistakes they made, when giving me credit for a pizza as amends, she has the nerveto tell me they don't charge extra for topping when I literally just paid for extra toppings... needless to say we will likelynot be returning to this location and if you value customer service you should also steer clear... The customer service is not there. Was planning on dinning in. The ambience was slow, it was only us and 1 other table who had... already been served. We waited for a total of 30 minutes+ before we were acknowledge, not even a hello or getting our drinkorder started. Ordered pizza for the family Sunday around 9 pm and the pizza never got delivered. I called and the employee said the driver... took it to another house by accident . So he said he would add another pizza for the mistake they did and at that time it?s wasalready 10:30pm. We we waited till we fell asleep at 11:30. My niece wanted to eat here. Nice place but, one of the employees had her kids there. The kids were crying so loud for a while... untill she finally came out the back to take them somewhere. I understand that some of us need help with our kids but I don'tthink Pizza Hut would be a place for them when you are working in the back and can't hear or keep an eye on them. I amcoming back cuz my niece likes Pizza Hut. Please do not leave your children unattended. It is not right. As for thefood. I love the thin crisp pepperoni and pineapple with jalapenos.
