I usually give compliments but not in this case! This location is the WORST ever!! I ordered fresh crispy fries and the girl... gave me the batch they had sitting there and when I brought it to her attention she was gonna dump the same batch BACK in theoil, wow!! Then I ordered some mango habanero sauce and they said they couldn?t sell it to me, ok? So I bought a 20 oz bottledrink and asked for a cup for ice and can you believe they said, no we can?t give you! We can?t give you a cup! I was like,WT?! Am I in the twight light zone? Is someone playing a trick on me? First and definitely LAST visit to this location!! Therewas one commonality which I found unusual, every worker had the same color of generic hair paint on their hair! Would give zero star if I could. I ordered a sandwich after a long shift. I got my sandwich 50 minutes later. Though there... wasn?t many people in front of me, I understood and waited patiently. Then I went home and they completely forgot the pickles. Icalled the restaurant and asked for a solution, in which they responded that next time tell them to put pickles and double checkbefore I leave the restaurant. Though the sandwich does come with pickles and I was supposed to get it. Asked if there was anyother solution, and was told ?I don?t know.? Super disappointed. Read more
Here at wingstop this place was good but til this day an employee named Jessica was sarcastic and unprofessional making... gestures that seemed rude all you people please rate they employees need to be called for so that next time they'll be kind tothe customer. This has to be one of the worst wingstops I've ever been to. We got there and there was a waiting list of about 1hr and a half.... Now, we get it that there's orders by phone and online but I really think if you're dinning inn they should have priority onthose people. I know it's a first come first serve but a bunch of online and phone in orders were just sitting there for a whileand people took a long time to get there and pick up their order. Instead of telling the people that are dining inn that thereis a long waiting period, they should tell that to people who order by phone or online. Something like "we are giving priorityto the people who are dining in" instead of making them wait that long and still have their order wrong. Those orders in thepictures were there for almost 40 minutes. If they are going to take that long to pick up their order then the restaurant shouldhave prioritized their time on customers dining in. worst wingstop in the valley. Ordered food online at 1:29, went to pick up at 1:50, waited for a total of 40 minutes before... asking about my food... they hadn't even started cooking it. They took my payment in person and didn't do anything else. Thenproceed to serve me my tender combo which were the worst chicken tenders I've ever gotten from any wingstop, seasoned withsomething other than Cajun spices. Okay so what's the whole purpose of placing an order on-line. And then having to wait for your order
Went in pick up online order for my daughter the kitchen area full of smoke old oil burning it stunk bad. Staff all with messy... hair only one man with cap clothes looked dingy not clean at all. Worst is by time I left there my clothes and freshly washedhair STUNK awful rancid burned oil. As soon I got in car, my husband said I smelled bad. Food had rancid taste!! Read more
