Great place for the family. Some arcade games and claw machines. Beer on tap, and you have to try the mozzarella cheese bread!

The owner is so rude and has poor customer service !! I bought a sandwich, large pizza and breadsticks he gave me 3 packs of... pepper I kindly asked for more and he refused to do so in a rude manner . He said 3 was enough for one pizza which is indeedwrong . I told him I can pay for extra and he gave me another 3 for $1.50 I don?t care about the $ just the matter of hisignorant attitude and poor customer service ! I'm a long haul truck driver have been for 31 years. Worked through all of 2020 making sure that the country had sufficient... supplies and food stuffs throughout the country's worst pandemic. I did not like Pizza Factory before, and this is the only pizza place in San Juan Bautista... but the quality of food and... customer service are so consistently high at this location that I keep coming back. I?ve seen a spread of all ages working hereand every time my food has been delicious and the service superior. If you?re wondering if people notice your effort... we do.Thanks and keep it up.
