No joke here. My girl and I purchased two Santa Fe chicken sandwiches from here last night and started taking bites into this... while already on the freeway and we turned around and drive back to the store to let them know. We showed them the chicken (seepics in this post) and musically laughed at us and were sarcastic. Manager just wanted to give us our money back and didn?toffer anything more. The cook came to the window and was sarcastic. Servicing raw chicken can really hurt people. Stay away fromthis store. Read more
Service is good. Food is also fantastic. It has enough parking spots and seems like it does not get overly crowded. They don't... have a public restroom. The restrooms are for customers only and they have a code to unlock. The choices are varied and it'sgood that they serve all day breakfast I think. Read more

Stopped in before making an afternoon run over Ortega Highway to Temecula. My disappointment started with reading the poster in... the window announcing Carl's Jr would be open Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. There was a time when Carl's was closedthese holidays along with Easter so the employees could spend time with family. I headed for the restroom first(#becauseortegahwy) and was surprised at how rundown it was. I gotta say it WAS clean just horribly rundown. The dining roomseemed pretty worn as well. Time to grab a soda for the drive. I placed my order with Papi Chulo (that is exactly what his nametag read ... aka Daddy Pimp). This guy was beyond annoying, so preoccupied with acting cool. He was also too amazing or bored tomake eye contact while I placed my order. He was looking in a daze out the window or down at the counter. Basically lookinganywhere except at the guest in front of him. Clearly I was interupting his coolness by ordering a coke ... What was Ithinking? I realize a lot of what I have shared here may seem petty and overly critical. Thing is I remember when Carl's Jrraised the bar in terms of quality food and great service in the fast food world. Well those days have been left behind not onlyat this location but across the chain also. Overall a sad situation. Read more
Stopped by for a quick bite before heading home on Oct 1st and the lady helping us was so rude. Never going back!!!
