I drove through the drive through last night around 11:45pm and was told by Blanca the Manger (Read her name tag) that their... system was down and they were only accepting mobile orders. I asked if i could order on my phone and drive back around to pickup through the drive through and she said yes. In a matter of minutes from ordering to driving back around.. There was noanswer from Blanca at voice box or pick up window... The employees car was still in the parking lot but it seemed they wereghosting and purposely ignoring us. I decided to park my car and walk up to the front door to get their attention.. Once Iparked, I noticed another employee was trying to get back in to the building but was ignored by Blanca and the cook inside thebuilding. They did not let him back in so I think he left.. As I walked around to the front door, I saw Blanca and the cookJoking around and laughing about something and immediately noticed my order on the order screen. Which is when I realized theywere flat out ignoring us and the rest of the cars driving thru the drive thru. I finally got Blanca's attention and sheimmediately signaled me that they were closed.. I ended up leaving because there was no convincing her otherwise. When I gothome I decided to call the location and see if I can get a refund. After 5 tries, I finally got a hold of Blanca and asked if Icould get a refund and why she and her cook decided to ignore us?.. Blanca said, they decided to close early because her cookwas not feeling well even though when I looked inside they were smiling and joking around.. I realized that Blanca was lying tome and both decided they were done working for the night, ignored customers and would't even let in their own employee who wastrying to get back in. People like Blanca should not be customer facing and she is a liability to Del Taco's reputation. I willnot be visiting that location anymore. This place is sloooooooooow. Tried to go inside, nope noon and inside is closed. Been in the drive thu for 15 minutes, still... waiting. Try mc donalds next door if you want service. Read more
Asked for a plain rice burrito (no beans, no cheese) and was told that it would be .80 additional (plus Tax) to "add" rice to a... bean burrito. I clarified that I didn't want beans or cheese (just rice and sauce) and that I wad taking things off theburrito, but was again told it would be nearly a dollar increase. I mentioned how other Del Taco locations (San Clemente andMission Valley) don't increase the price for taking out beans and cheese and replacing with rice, I was told that "This is justhow we do it here". I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that that was the manager. Read more
The black collared shirt person who appeared to the manager was so rude to every person in the store! She talks down to people,... messed up on orders and then blamed the customer and was very unfriendly to the point multiple people inside were commenting onher attitude. Read more
Excellent service from the drive through here. Friendly up beat staff who I hope doesn't get burnt out anytime soon. Totally... different than the typical drive thru experience where the workers let it be known how unhappy they are. Good work kid.food wasto par as well. Read more
Whenever I go to Del Taco I always go Drive thru but I went in this time & Food was good but while leaving, I was waiting for my... husband to come out from restroom. I saw the lady with black shirt sweeping & serving with no washing hand and no gloves.Another black shirt neither had gloves but long nails with beautiful paints. Service was worst. I hope leader will take actionto these because it?s about food safety. Read more
