they're five-dollar combos are the best for the price and they're the healthiest I think out of most fast food chains.
My husband and I just went and ordered 2 salads, 1 large sprite and a taco. In total we found 4 hairs in BOTH salads. The sprite... was a sparkling water and the taco was so cold. Please stop brushing your hair over the food, please heat the meat and maybe addsome syrup to your soda machines once and a while. Read more

Five stars to honest people! Last week I went to the location in San Juan Capistrano, CA 92629 to get my usual Double Chicken... Avocado Salad. I was in a rush to clock in back into the office, which made me forgot my credit car. I called the next day,after some security questions, they told me somebody found it out. Drive thru is always packed yet somehow the staff always gets orders out in a quick way with a big smile on all their faces.... Food is always fresh and the chicken is always juicy. Highly recommend the black bean bowl. Read more

Had the taste for something fresh and light yet filling...El Pollo hit the spot. Ordered the Chicken Fajita Tostada salad which... was full rice, beans and crunchy lettuce and delicious! The chicken is always full of flavor-charbroiled,marinated and juicy.The fajita crisp/tender bell pepper/onion saute alongside the guacamole, sour cream and salsa (of course) from the self-servestation added just the final touch of zesty flavor. I went in to use the restroom and both bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper at all(4 rolls empty). I told the employee and... she said ok. I stood there for 10 minutes then she actually asked me if I?m waiting for something. Lol. I am, I said, for thetoilet paper and she said oh, ok. One second?. No kidding? Lol Anyway. That?s ridiculous. Dining room full of people about toleave and likely wanting to use the restroom before they do and they don?t think the restroom condition is a priority? Come on. Read more
