Best charred baba ganoush I've ever had, and I don't even like baba ganoush. Off the beaten path and so worth it.
The Lamb Burger was delicious! Sammy made it for me a year ago and it was the best I have ever had! This restaurant impresses me... for many reasons- 1) The Family have an amazing garden and the menu reflects an appreciation of their foods rich culturalheritage. 2) The drinks are well curated, I love having the option of a variety of Pelligrinos and Mexican Coke. Refreshinglypaired with the Beyond Meat Burger or should I go carne- Carne. 3) The new menu is so balanced and the dressings are made fromscratch for the substantial salads they serve up. 4) They are available on GrubHub and Door Dash and even by phone or Fax- thisaccessibility is so helpful for the various Generations they serve. 5) Their kitchen is super sanitary and hardly anything goesto waste. I know for catering when things reconvene - they deliver in a timely way with every precaution. Currently- having thesmall group menu individually packaged was helpful. This place is fantastic. I've always enjoyed coming here. They have rotating specials every day and the soups are amazing.
Good variety of ethnic food and regular luncheon foods. I ordered their dilly egg sandwich on toasted rye. Good. Others at... table had eggplant fafal burgers Turkey sandwiches. Salads homemade soups. Hidden little neighborhood gem for a fast butunusual place to dine. Read more

Always love this place and their food. They cater to my work almost every day! I went to the Cafe and had a cheeseburger and... onion rings. My my it was good. Fast and good prices. The inside is cozy and nice. You can eat outside on sunny days. This is afamily owned business and they all work there. Worth a trip. Read more
Best veggie burger in San Leandro hands down! Veggie burgers are pretty predictable these days, with a few common veggie patties... out there - Blue Dish uses the Beyond Patty, but I must say, they dress it up with fresh, thoughtfully-arranged produce and adelightful melted cheese skirt. They cook it nicely, and sandwich it between a tasty soft bun. I ordered the side of fries, andthe seasoning was nice. I will definitely return! Read more
