Well my family go to this burger King all the time. We also use coupons. But what I really don't like is that u can only use... one. But they say if u come inside. you can use 2 coupons. I do love the taste of their burgers but the restaurant on Davis street in San Leandro definitely needs to put their employees... through some retraining. Twice in a row I’ve ordered their cheesy tater tots and twice received chicken nuggets instead. Read more
Staff is nice and professional. Very busy today due to the super cheap Wopper promo, line was long and the staff did a great... job! Food is always hot and order is correct. They should be paid more for how hard they work. Way to go team, thank you! Read more
Quite possibly the worst Burger King of all time..and I do not say that lightly. And it’s a shame—cause I like Burger King... and it’s the ONLY Burger King that is remotely close to me.. Food is always cold, soggy, and ill-prepared.. If you frequentthis BK, make sure to check your order EVERY TIME. They have like a 50% fail rate when getting your orders correct. Ask anyone.ANYONE. Employees know nothing about customer service or common manners or decency. Order through the app 20 minutes ahead oftime, cause it will be the slowest ‘fast food’ you’ll ever receive.. I only go there now, as a last resort, nothing elseopen and I’m feeling like a gamble.. If you own or manage this BK.. YIKES. F’king YIKES. Read more
This place is disgusting and sad. I went here twice consecutively in the morning around 8:45am. The first day I went through the... drive thru. The coffee and breakfast biscuit were both lukewarm.. no biggie, but still annoying as I despise luke warm coffeebut figured I'd warm them at the office. Today, same thing but worse. I go through the drive thru, and realize the sandwichisn't even warm as if it's been sitting there for hours! The coffee, again is lukewarm. Once I opened the sandwich, the orderwas incorrect. I end up going inside to have them correct it. They correct it, but again, are these folks NOT using any heatingelements?! WHY would you give a customer a breakfast sandwich with cheese that clearly just came out the fridge?! It was cold,not melted, and I swear the croissant bread was almost stiff. Once I get to the ofc, Im putting creamer in my coffee and then Inotice the cup....the cup is dirty and there is clearly a black fingerprint on the cup, and the lid also has a slight dirtmark.
