Out of all the tons of places to eat around here, this one is my favorite ! Nightimes are always packed, so know what you want... when you get to the counter because they expect you to know especially if you been waiting in line. This makes sense they needto keep the line moving and only have a limited menu anyway ! No wonder it takes so long for online and in person orders, theymust be doing something right. This is why they sometimes run out of food before closing, its fresh food and theres a line outthe door an hour before closing. Read more
I usually go to this location out of convenience and because I believed the service to be great. But after my experience today,... I?m not sure I?ll be back. I came in with my mother and one of the employees were so rude. Not only did she give me extremelysmall portions for what I ordered, but she got smart mouthed after my mother asked a simple question. She started smirking andmumbling slick comments, so we left the store. She does not need to deal with the public at all. I don?t like giving bad reviewsabout anything, but this was unacceptable! Very slow service! No access to the restroom !! Terrible service. I did mobile order and was waiting 40 minutes. I came to... chipotle and ask them about status of my order . They told me I have to wait even I was already on the line ! They don?t allowyou to use restroom if you don?t have a receipt! But how if your order is being made for 40 minutes !?? I went here today and found a long brown hair in my guacamole. I figured accidents happen, and tried to dip into another area... of it and pulled out another hair with the second dip. Then I thought I don?t need to eat a hair with every bite of my lunchand that this was plain ridiculous. I threw it in the garbage and didn?t even bother eating the bowl I got. TLDR: I got TWOhairs IN A ROW dipping into the guacamole and decided I didn?t like those odds, or this chipotle any longer for that matter. Fix it guys. Read more
