Waited over 20 minutes to get the food. Tried the coffee for the first time. Not impressed. Tasted better at other FF locations
I used to have faith in this location but then the experience got worse each time I went back. They now have a bunch of smelly... homeless people hanging around the restaurant. Last time the management had to call the police to get rid of a man sleepingthere. The quality of food is also going down. The nuggets are overcooked and dry. And the beef in my hamburger was undercooked.If I were you, don?t order the quarter pounder bacon burger. For $7 it?s small and a bad deal. Their coffee also tasted ammonia.I wonder if a disgruntled employee tampered with the food. Although I have not yet met any employee that was rude to me. Anyway,will stay away from this location. The worst McDonald's I have ever visited. They don't let u substitute if you are vegan or vegetarian.....I asked why if meat... cost more than an egg & there is no explanation for it. I don't eat sausage or the bacon & I wanted it replaced with an egg & Iwas told no by 2 managers. They need to shut down if they can't accommodate the customers reasonably....so she said meat formeat only which is just ridiculous I go to others & don't have any trouble whatsoever.....will not buy anything else from therewill give my money to people who want it..... I will usually go past this location to another one that I find better, like Castro Valley. This location is always hit and miss... for me. They were notorious for messing up an order or giving out soda that the syrup had gone out. Check your order and sipyour drink prior to leaving to double check. I've had to drive back here several times to have them fix an order or give me anew drink. I will say this, I hadn't been here in a couple of years, just went a week ago and they were much better. Food washot, looked more like it should, not a mess thrown in a wrapper like it used to be. Unfortunately I forgot to take my own adviceand sip my drink. Newly remodeled landscape and play area for the kids ... You have to come visit! I am big on coffee and if you should order a... coffee and it's after the normal morning hour the manager will make you a fresh pot. This is a sign of great service! Read more
