Avoid if possible?. Ordered Teriyaki chicken (under cooked and cold!!!) got some rice (flavorless), got some chow mein (also... under cooked). Need to retrain the cook? oh and non of it had flavor, the chicken looked odd too?. Read more
I really like this branch. All the employees are very attentive and efficient. The tables area is very clean.
Tried to order the last two pieces of shrimp and they said they can?t do that and that they will just throw them away instead... because they are ?leftovers?. The worker told me they would get in trouble if the let me have them. What kind of management runsthis place? They would rather waste food than satisfy a paying customer. Disgraceful. Read more
I ordered online. A space to write down your special request, so i did. At their website, theres no chow mein so i put it as... special request. When i picked it up, so glad to see that they have it on display. But unfortunately i was not able to check myorder before i left, so i just found out that it's only brown rice, no chowmein. You like Panda Express as a general rule? You will like this place. Just like McDonald's, Starbucks, Coca Cola -- it's almost... 100% the same from location to location so it's a bit absurd to review any one location as compared to others in terms of theproduct. In terms of the service, I've only been there once and that was at the end of the lunch hour, so the service speed wasreasonable and on par with other Panda Expresses. Read more
The worst Panda Express I have ever visited. I have given it several chances, and it is consistently terrible. No issue with the... staff, and I can?t speak to dine-in, but every time I have ordered pick up, they have given (at most!) 3/4 portion for chow meinand entree, and their chow mein is undercooked and underseasoned. Panda Express has never tasted so bad. And the final insult toinjury is that they don?t give you a fortune cookie. You are much better off going to Pieology next door. Read more
