I've lived in the neighborhood for some time, and I never eat breakfast. I'm always on the go. Recently thanks to Dr.'s orders... had to start eating breakfast to gain nutrients and strength. I have to say Pelton Cafe, has basically saved me every morning.Even though I get breakfast delivered their food is always fresh, hot, and real! There's no powdered or processed eggs, it'sonly real ingredients 100% of the time!! It's good for your soul food, no matter what you order!! Yes a little pricey but thenagain we are what we eat lol, and I'm not complaining at all... When I feel better I can't wait to walk down and enjoy whattheir kitchen has to offer in person. What a great local cafe! Warm decor and very inviting. My eggs and corn beef hash with grits was very good and served hot.... Service was above and beyond with my coffee cup constantly being filled. I?ll return when in the area again. Read more

Cozy old school diner location that invokes the feeling of old town America but some of the food are on point but other dishes... are quite average. The onion rings didn?t taste very fresh and were a little soggy and the accompanying sauce was not superflavorful. The egg scramble with potatoes was good and reminiscent of diner food that is simple and done well. Pricing is quitedecent for the portion sizes and staff is extremely friendly.
