Horrible customer service. Came in wasn't greeted and then one guy ask was I for pickup and I'm like no but didn't realize duh... yes I am so he walked off and sat down. Then the manager came and didn't acknowledge and went straight to a guy and ask can hehelp him the guy said she was here first. Any who they service here is horrible. Read more
Would give them no star's. Placed a big order for Halloween Party and to my surprise when I arrived they informed me they ran... out of dough and chicken and couldn't fill my order. You should be aware of inventory prior to opening etc. What a waste oftime. Read more
Location ran out of marinara sauce for breadsticks and didn't offer anything else. The location does have convenient curbside... pickup for 2 cars in front of the location as part of thr shared lot. Read more
The pizza was delicious but there were things that we were not satisfied with. We ordered a large and we got a medium, is there... even a size difference????? When we asked for cheese/peppers we were told that it was $1 per packet. That?s ridiculous! Read more
I ordered a No Contact delivery Expecting the driver to at least ring the doorbell before driving off but no knock, no ring or... anything to let me know my order was delivered! I live in an apartment so I don't have a window to keep a look out for thedriver. My email confirmation said it was supposed to deliver around 8 & I finally decided to take a look outside around 8:45and sure enough my order was on the ground covered in ants!!!! Prior to that I was trying to call to see if I can get an ETA onthe delivery but was going in circles with the operators trying to transfer me to the store. I went through the Pizza Hutcontact form so let's see how long they take to respond or even if they do. Tell your drivers to at least knock so othercustomers can know if their order is delivered!!!!! Visit this location since it's the closest to my home. Wish they would deliver to my address because it would be so much more... convenient. It's a small Pizza Hut in a mini shopping court. I come here also for my kids school/events when I need to orderpizzas in bulk when they have good deals. Plenty of parking. My biggest complaint is the are terrible at answering the phone. No matter when I call, day or night, it takes about 10 calls straight to their annoying fax machine before someone picks up. Ifyou make a mistake online order your basically screwed til u get there. I ordered online and sent my man to pick it up. It did not go so well. We ordered a half and half for I like pineapple and he... does not. It was all mixed together his and mine. They forgot our soda they forgot our extra dressings and they forgot theshakers that I purchased for the pizza. We called and got no where just ringing over and over again until it kicks you off. So Icalled and tried to go through the ordering line and they answered then sent me to the same rining until it just hangs up onyou. This location is horrible. I will not be returning and I am making sure everyone knows how they rip you off. Read more
