This restaurant is laughable now. I will never come here again. They run out of ingredients and still try to pass the pizza off.... I paid for a pizza and got the wrong pizza on take out didn?t realize until we got home and once we noticed we call the... restaurant. They were very polite on the first go around and told us to stop back by and they?re fix. We informed them we wereon a trip for baseball and wouldn?t be able to stop back by until the next day. They had no issue with that and ensured us we?dbe taken care of the next day. As they promised. I call the next after noon and was treated horribly by the gal who greeted meover the phone. While she refused to help and kept trying to get me Off the phone when I asked to speak to a manager she saidthey would call me back if they came to work today and stated this is a common problem. She asked me 21 questions and told methere?s not thing they could do for me. I then asked for her managers name and or supervisors name and she told me the hermanager and supervisor have told them not to let people talk to them or have there names. I wasted good money in thisestablishment for years and will never return. The young gal told me it not her problem she wasn?t there when it happen so yoquit blaming her like it?s her fault. Some of the staff did not greet not only myself & the other person I was with, they also did not greet those after us. They... played on their cell phones, in their hair, proceeded to touch peoples food, did not change gloves & the women's bathroom wasnot clean. Since we ate our food in the restaurant, I let them know we saw everything they were doing; requested them to stop,wash their hands & change their gloves. I ordered pick up via Grub hub, arrived at the restaurant at the appointed time, they didn't have my order. There was back and... forth with me them and Grubhub. Order was never received by the restaurant. There was a young man with big loose hair at thecounter, he kept twirling his HAIR THEN handled food WITHOUT washing his hands! I spoke to the Asian Lady that appeared to bethe manager, and asked her to ask the young man to wash his hands as he was playing in his hair! The entire experience wasawful! The last honest pizza? Not! First time experience was just mediocre. I ordered the Wabo Combo personal pizza and it was so so.... Their oven seems to be uneven. The crust was cooked just right but the toppings undercooked. Crunchy vegetables with a pizza?Not my thing. I also got cheated on the artichoke hearts. What I got on my pizza were all tough, fibrous parts of the crown. Theactual artichoke hearts were all manually removed as seen in the pictures. I know they are never sold like this. So this is adeliberate act from employees. So where are the hearts? I went over to check the salad bar and they don't serve artichokehearts. It makes you wonder what they really do with the actual hearts or who ate them. Service was just acceptable. They allwork for minimum pay and at the end of the day they all want to go home. The dining area was kept clean. You need a key to usethe rest room so that was annoying. There's sufficient parking outside. My next visit here will be when I have no other place togo to. Read more
This was by far the worst pizza I've ever had first of all the service was horrible the girls behind the counter would not give... me a water cup while I waited 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza and six twist the one girl is licking her fingers got madbecause I asked her cuz she wash her hands before helping me and when I got my pizza it was horrible the dough is old so thatmade the pizza and the twist very old too didn't taste good it was not up to Round Table standard by no means the worshipspirits around Table Pizza and I should know because I used to manage a round table for 10 years so I know the quality issupposed to be at not pleased at all would like my money back.
