The place is cool it's really nice The food is different. The atmosphere of the place in itself is really nice. The service they... could use a little bit more help. Staff seems overworked which I don't blame them for. Quoted times on pickup have sometimes been longer than expected.... Acknowledgment of the situation is all I need. I get that it gets busy. They do not need to bow before me as I walk in and throwrose petals at my feet as I walk away. They are at a constant pace that I imagine breeds a lot of turnover. Which sucks. Doubtany fault on a willingness to staff extra, but I believe it's more of a corporate thing. Read more
This is the 3rd time I ordered food to this restaurant located at San Leandro ca customer service is really bad I always order... on line, so when I get there my food is ready but the servers don't pay attention to the customers I have to wait so long oreither call them so they can give me my food and what I do it they get mad 'cause they're busy I don't understand who to ask formy order I'm on break when I get there I can't waste my time waiting for them to see me.
