The place is cool it's really nice The food is different. The atmosphere of the place in itself is really nice. The service they... could use a little bit more help. The day that I went it was busy on Halloween. So we waited for about 10 minutes in line. ButI've been that it's real cool place. To eat My husband loves it and my son does too. Read more
Staff seems overworked which I don't blame them for. Quoted times on pickup have sometimes been longer than expected.... Acknowledgment of the situation is all I need. I get that it gets busy. They do not need to bow before me as I walk in and throwrose petals at my feet as I walk away. They are at a constant pace that I imagine breeds a lot of turnover. Which sucks. Doubtany fault on a willingness to staff extra, but I believe it's more of a corporate thing. Read more
This is the 3rd time I ordered food to this restaurant located at San Leandro ca customer service is really bad I always order... on line, so when I get there my food is ready but the servers don't pay attention to the customers I have to wait so long oreither call them so they can give me my food and what I do it they get mad 'cause they're busy I don't understand who to ask formy order I'm on break when I get there I can't waste my time waiting for them to see me. We ordered ahead and was given a pick up time. When we got there, we still had to wait like 15 minutes for our food. 3 people... ordered. 3 burgers, fries and drinks. All other orders were placed in larger brown bags with handles. Ours was packed into asmaller bag. Everything was squished and cold by the time we got back to eat. And we were only about a mile away.. I will givethem some credit.. the line that formed went out the door. They got hit HARD and didnt seem like they were prepared for it. Read more
