My ultimate favorite dine out place for Indian food. The food is consistently delicious! I have been coming here since it first... opened and witnessed how the restaurant keeps feeling more and more welcoming. Great, ample patio for outdoor dining and cozydining in. Always impeccably clean. Have a cold Taj Majal beer or warm masala tea, even an delightful mango lassi and unwindwith a tasty, expertly prepared meal. Read more

Their food tastes good and every time I go, I’m greeted with a smile. I have ordered the lamb biryani and goat curry( goat... curry might sound unappealing to you, but try it, it’s really good). Pricing went up recently and that seems to be happeningwith most businesses, part of inflation. Read more

I used to love this place and their food. However the quality has definitely changed, I noticed a decline a few months ago but... today was quite disappointing. Paid over $100 for curries that were sour (too much lime) and sweet when we specifically askedand was told it could be made extra spicy. Also had asked for some breads with butter, took 3 attempts for them finally bring itout without butter. Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant after this. Read more

Besides spacious patio with heaters and really creative way of raising vegetable plants on the side, this restaurant doesn’t... seem to have much to offer. The service was okay, naan was nice, you can give hard pass to everything else. The portions weresmall, price fairly high, taste wasn’t great, plates were not cleaned properly. Combos are also only available forlunch. Mango lassi doesn’t quite taste like mango lassi. Chicken tikka masala had lot of food color that affected my throatlater. Naan was fluffy but in vain. I didn't know this place was that popular. Customers were constantly in and out. And the phone was ringing off the hook with... take out orders. I made my first visit on Easter Sunday and was seated right away. The indoor seating area was not too large. However, there was a large outdoor seating area. Inside the kitchen the men were busy cooking the delicious meals. In the diningarea the women were busy serving customers. Service is just average and a bit chaotic because there didn't seem to have enoughhelp. One short lady who was really adorable was doing most of the work. She was taking orders, serving, cleaning and busing.Although she didn't smile, you could feel her positive energy and enthusiasm. I wanted to take a picture of hers and give her agood review but she refused. The food I ate was delicious. The vegetable samosas we're not oily. They came with the mint sauceand tamarind sauce. I liked that they came in their individual saucer plates which was more sanitary, as supposed to big bottlesshared by all customers. The mint sauce was my favorite. The tamarind sauce was too sweet and lacked that tangy touch. My maindish was rice and chicken vindaloo which was tasty but not spicy enough - even though spicy was requested. The chicken was allboneless which was a plus. Overall it was a good experience and I plan to come back to taste more of their dishes. Read more

Their naan was so good! I ordered just a regular/original one, and it came piping hot, slightly glistening, flavorful, and... wonderfully crispy. They sold me on JUST their naan, guys! Besides that, I came on a weekday afternoon for lunch and after somedeliberation, took my server's recommendation for "prawn curry" on the menu (along with the aforementioned naan). The currycomes with a bowl of rice, so you COULD go without an extra order of naan... but having tried both, I would really recommendspringing for the naan. The rice is rather dry and flavorless, unfortunately, whereas the naan is perfect. The curry itself washot and tasty. The flavor was mild and felt authentically homemade. I wish it was served in a greater portion size, is all. Thetexture was perfect throughout, and the prawns (which are practically just large shrimp) were succulent and delicious. Therewas only one server in the whole restaurant, so he was pretty busy taking orders, verifying pickup orders, ferrying dishes fromthe kitchen to tables, and handling miscellaneous tasks besides. It makes sense that there's a hiring sign in the window. Thatsaid, he did a great job and was kind and very considerate, despite a markedly accented English. Thanks, dude! Given the price, rice, and overall experience of the curry, I'd have ranked this place just fine at 4 stars, but that naan experience bumps it upto a 5! Read more
