I usually come to this store for a milk te, sien time they are nice some just ? but this time the owner make my drink wrong and... when I ask for my original drink he was so rude and he refuse to change my drink ! The owner refused to give us a refund on a poorly made drink. At first we ask for a simply thing as just remaking the drink but... that seem to have angered him. The place was a mess with 5-10 flies flying around as we talked about if I could get a refund.The menu is trash go to other quicklys for a better variety but most importantly quality. Read more
So slow! Seemed disorganized , when I have visited that shop in the past quick excellent service was always given. The thai tea... I ordered tasted watered down only small boba was available during my 20 minute wait they ran out of the small boba....UGH Read more

The service was TERRIBLE. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The lady behind the... counter was rude to me and was yelling at the chef. The chef fried my chicken and then took his lunch during my stay there. Heturned around in his chair and stared at me with hate in his eyes for a good 10 seconds as I was eating my popcorn chicken. Mychicken was undercooked and I got salmonella from it. Later that day I was violently sick and I realized he did this to me onpurpose. I've taken 2 days off work and will have to take the next 2 days off. I'm NEVER coming back here. I've reported them toAlameda Public Health Department. Read more
Bought mini octopus but it look like more calamari. Its so hard! Then i got taro snow with red bean but i think its old. Red... bean is so sour got my drink so nasty- what a waste of money! This will be my first and last going to that! If my stomachstarting to hurt i know who to blame???? Read more
