Staff is not friendly at all, they take too long to make the drinks even tho they don?t have a drive thru. And they removed all... the chairs in the coffee shop so you won?t stay long. If you?re looking for somewhere to work or sit and talk, this is not it.Also the bathrooms are very very dirty. Read more
2nd time doing mobile app at this location. If I would have did a review a day before this morning it could have been 5 stars.... My perspective is that working under demanding pressure effects the overall quality of service including production. That is tosay the previous morning was not busy as today. Like I mentioned to the staff time is money. And by not being prepared effectedmy income as I rely on fast past service through mobile apps to have the luxury of quick and quality service. I particularlychoose this location because of the fluke stop from the previous money. The most disappointing part was the hefty tip inadvanced I applied to my order. Extremely disappointed today. Nothing to give. Starbucks known as really friendly staff, but this one isn?t one of them. Giggling around while customers ask... for their drinks. Take almost an hour. And guess what my ordered was mobile. Imagine if I walked how long am I gonna take. Ifanyone rushing to work don?t ever stop by this location. Go to the one next to target way better staff. One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond... caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drinkthat I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say ?iced?.How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe... all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 peopleworking at the time. Why aren't some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. Youneed to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. Youneed to do better!!! Read more
