The food here is pretty good. They don?t have vanilla frostys here anymore though. It?s off the menu and they also don?t have... chocolate. They only have the disgusting new strawberry which should?ve been mango or peach. I realize that this particularWendy?s isn?t responsible for the new flavor choices but they waited until we got to the window to pay to tell me they didn?thave chocolate. So disappointing. Read more
Worst time to go is Saturday night around 9pm. Once I was given my order, I took off and realized I forgot to do a quick... inspection of my bags (I do this with all fast foods to make sure my food is all there). At the stop light I did a quick checkand realized my baconnator burger was missing. I drove back and since the drive through line was long, I knocked at the door.After I told one of the workers I had a burger missing, they found my other bag sitting by the the drive through window. As acompensation, they through in a small fries. I checked everything again and I went home. Once home, the salad dressing for mysalads were missing. I saw the pecans earlier and figured the sauce would be with it as well but nope. And, instead of forks, Iwas given spoons for my salad. The ranch sauce for my nuggets was replaced by a small packet of sour cream. I did however, haveA LOT of napkins so that was a plus. Read more
This Wendy's gets a 2 star review tonight just because of the person at the order window. When we approached in our vehicle the... drive thru had about 4 cars ahead of us. It's a warm night so I'm sure everybody came for the same reason as we did for thefrosty's. However, after ordering 2 small frosty's 1 vanilla 1 chocolate 1 medium and one large chocolate frosty as well I droveto the window to pay the total which was about $10. At the window the woman proceeded to hand me one frosty at a time the 1stwas pink I looked at it double checked it and I said is this strawberry she said yes and shook it at me like take it, I said Iasked for vanilla she said well we're out of vanilla this is the new flavor. I asked my child if he would like strawberry and hesaid yes so I took all of my order. Overall this was a odd and unnecessary interaction . If they ran out of vanilla nobody diesbut you offer the customer The Choice of chocolate or strawberry not make the decision for them. Read more
Please everything went well until we were and this is my family and I at the paying window where we are supposed to get our food... and our choice of sauces. After first my family agrees ONLY buttermilk ranch check, then I say to the lady at the window ?canwe please get ranch?! Umm at home opening the bags not only is there NO TRACE of the ranch we asked for there?s this honey saucewhich we never asked for and there?s barbecue??? Check your burgers before you eat them. I ordered a Dave's double through their drive thru tonight 12/29/21 around 10pm. When I... got home to start eating it. One of the two hamburger patties wasn't cooked very well. It was still RAW on the inside. (Seeattached photos ) l just took it out and ended up eating a version of the Dave's Single. I could have eaten them both because ofhunger. I opted not to for health reasons. You'll never know. Unfortunately, I've trashed the receipt as evidence that Ibought it at this location.
