To spend a lunch time indoors swatting flies away from your food is not acceptable. Not to mention, if I wanted to be in a park... to have lunch, I would have done that. If you want to enjoy this kind of chaos visit the place at 3 PM, full of loud, obnoxious,space occupying kids that do not consume, or worse, steal from the place.
