To spend a lunch time indoors swatting flies away from your food is not acceptable. Not to mention, if I wanted to be in a park... to have lunch, I would have done that. If you want to enjoy this kind of chaos visit the place at 3 PM, full of loud, obnoxious,space occupying kids that do not consume, or worse, steal from the place. Costs that are then pushed in the paying customer. Isaw this particular kid with a bottle serving himself Gatorade over and over. Read more

If I could rate zero stars I would the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was brown, we ask for sauces ranch and redhot the... employees always look at you with a bad face even though you paid for them do not recommend this restaurant at all. Read more
If I can put zero stars, I would!!! Kids decided to eat at the playground, but due to the COVID regulations the playground was... closed. It's understandable! As soon as we started eating and enjoying the food we noticed that one of the hamburger bun washarder than a brick. An employee decided to push the trash right by our side. We moved it and she came back and put it backblocking our exit. If you have a time to close playground have a notice at the door or let your customers know!! Because for methey were kicking us out. They also turned out the lights and turned them back on. Read more
12/29/16 My last visit to this McDonald's wasn't really the best, but then again it really wasn't the worst. Yes the bathrooms... did need a little bit of help especially around the sink area. And yes the dining room was extremely hot because they had theheater working full blast. The heater actually made the visit more comfortable of than anything else. But the customer servicewas actually very good. I did manage to ask one of the employees about the parking situation and the main lot. And all theytold me was "if there's a space, you can park there." I guess that means that this particular location, you can park anywherethere isn't a vehicle! (See pictures) I was a little surprised at the fact that not once did they speak to me in English nordid they ever greet anyone coming in through the door in English. Someone might say because of the fact that the city is on theborder, the majority of the people coming in through the door only speak Spanish. But that isn't the case in most other bordercities. For example, San Ysidro. Everyone who comes in through that door is greeted both in English and Spanish. So why not thisone? What I asked the assistant manager this question, all they did was shrug their shoulders. The play area was a bit on themiss your side. Or else this review would have done four stars instead of 3. Poor service in the restaurant, they don't pay attention to customers in the register, they may be better in the drive thru .... I was over charge 2 times in a roll. Read more
