It appears they are understaffed and the employees no longer care to try. online order wasn?t even started... by the scheduled pickup time. 30 minutes later and the employee must set it off to the side instead of putting in pickup area orcalling name. This has to be one of the worst run food establishments in San Luis Obispo if not west of the Mississippi. Good pizza but expect... to hold the employees hands through the process like little kids at a bake sale. Also allow 45+ minutes for the experience. Read more
