One of the best pizza places. Plain butter pasta was also good for kids. Give a pass on the desserts. We tried the tiramisu and... nutella pastries but waited a long time for them so we were nit charged for them. Read more

Heated patio out back is cozy on a chilly November evening. Super friendly staff. Meter mondays are a fun way to try out... multiple pizzas. Crust was a bit burnt at parts, but otherwise was great and chewy. Read more

Very impressive pizza. I had the ?autunno? (autumn) pizza, a butternut pumpkin cream based pizza with prosciutto and pesto.... Personal philosophy: if you?re going to try a top-20-in-the-country pizza place, don?t stick to your regular pizza choice, explore a little flavour! All in all, we tried 5 pizzas and all were excellent. Service was very good too. Admittedly we wentearly ish on a Sunday, but they had us seated and waited in under 5 minutes. Will definitely go again next time we are in SLO. Read more

I had a salad with a passion fruit vinaigrette that was light & delicious. It also listed a goat cheese dressing that I asked... for on the side. My husband liked that one but wished it was just goat cheese so he could enjoy it with the vinaigrette & nothave 2 dressing. We had a pizza & the crust is perfect & the cheese made me remember how cheese is supposed to taste. Servicewas very good & we got there when they opened so seating wasn't an issue. But they fill up fast (understandably). We will beback. Read more

Came here for dinner on a recent NorCal vacation. Being from New Jersey, my husband said he would never eat pizza outside of the... NY/NJ area. Since all the reviews talk about the pizza, he ended up ordering the Ciró, and said afterwards it might have beenthe best pizza he?s ever had ???????? Amazing food, great atmosphere and super friendly staff - a must stop when visiting SLO! Read more

Got here around 8pm on a Wednesday and was surprised by the lack of line, given that we'd seen such a long one the day before.... The food was delicious, and we got a table right next to the pizza oven! We ordered 3 pizzas between the 3 of us and honestly 2would probably have been enough, but the leftovers still tasted SO good the next day. Pizzas: - Burrata Antipasto (5/5): Thiswas SO good, and they gave us so much burrata! - Affumicata (4.5/5): This definitely would've been better if the pizza wasn't alittle burnt, but the flavor was still there - Carbonara Tartufata (4.5/5): Was good, but honestly couldn't really taste thetruffle Dessert: - Semifreddo alla Nocciola (4/5): This reminded me of a fancier 3 Musketeers. I think it might've been alittle frozen when it came out so we had a really hard time cutting into it - our spoons kept sliding off the chocolate andhitting the plate instead! Once we were able to eat it though, you could definitely taste how rich it was Read more

Words cannot describe the pizza here. It's quickly become one of our "go to" stops when in SLO. The atmosphere, pizza and... cocktails never disappoint. Show up early because this place gets busy and does not accept reservations! Read more

The quality of pizza is excellent, although the size and quantity of toppings is scarce for the price you pay. The dough is... fluffy, warm, soft, and very delicious. The flavors of the tomato sauce and cheese are felt right away, and you can tell thatthe pizza is made with quality ingredients. Overall, the ambiance is pleasurable and the service was not bad (they were notthat busy, but there were periods of time where we had to wait a bit to speak to our server). Overall, I would recommend thisplace for a nice night out for some quality pizza that actually tastes like the ones you would find in Italy (although in Italy, they are much more generous with toppings and size!)
