I have to share this because the woman who served us was great at handling a very stressful situation. I came in slightly behind... my daughter and her son to order. A young man, could be a college. Student, was behind my daughter in line. I probably shouldhave acknowledged him but I didn?t. I went up to my daughter and her son. He obviously stewed for a time because when I asked aquestion, His comment was Why don?t you wait your f___ing turn?. I was shocked and said that I was with them and my daughter waspaying for my food. He said more after that but I was too shocked to remember. I said that he could go before all of us if hewanted. The worker was very supportive of us and asked him to leave. He did so swearing that she would be sorry and he would gether fired. I hope not. My daughter was afraid he would come back with a gun. They don?t any food prepared, they choose not to cook. We waited 15 minutes in line just for there to be nothing left, while we... were in line they told people trying to come in that they weren?t accepting anymore people. This was at 7:45, they close at 9.The staff was just talking and the cashier was left alone to take everyone?s orders, very unprofessional. Read more
Dont waste your money here. Terrible customer service 2 girls in front look misrable like they hate life. Portions are not even... "normal" extremely small. Then they close the restroom 30 mins before closing and nobody can use it period. Doesnt the law statewhere food is served restrooms must be open? Melted Plastic chow mien? Chipped tooth and choking problem plus everyone else who ate the chow menu from this batch is eating... melted plastic toxins. Pandas reaction oh wow that doesn?t even sound possible. I?ve never even heard of that happening. Nocares. I love panda too. Read more
Great service from the staff, who are (for the most part) very friendly and courteous. Don't be afraid to ask for a fresh batch... of an entree; usually is quick to make. Food quality and taste is consistent, and for Chinese in this city, it's about as goodas it gets. Read more
