I love seeds! Not only do they have a healthy conscious menu with amazing ingredients but also very well priced for the portions... and quality! A nice new lunch spot for downtown. Seems very popular with the college crowd. Good selection of flat breads, paninis and salad... in a nice atmosphere. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table, which may be communal style, depending on how busyit is. Read more
