i live down the street from this place, the food from here isn't always that great but to be fair it is fast food and taco bell.... as a highschool student, the price is right and is always a decently fast place to go. aaron is an incredible employee as perthe other reviews, he greets people and always checks up on his customers to make sure they have exactly what they need.otherwise no issues, i come in here at least once a week but usually more and ive never had any bad encounters with the staff. I was literally waiting after I placed my order for TWENTY-FIVE minutes! I know this because I texted someone before I went in... so I looked at that time stamp. Completely ridiculous. Then a stout lady in the back yells at everyone waiting and says ?ifyou?re waiting for an order I suggest you sit down! It might be a while.? Where else would we go? I just left this taco bell 20 min ago. The 2 older ladies in charge were very rude. Their cashier quit and walked out after a... lengthy berating. They had no one else to run the cash register, so it was kiosk ordering only. One of which was out of order.It was out of control. I waited over 30 min for my food. I have gone to this location maybe 6 times in the last 2 weeks andeverytime the same 2 ladies were yelling at this same young woman. Read more
Worst taco bell I have ever stepped foot in. The customer service is unacceptable. One of the employees consistently... disrespects customers by yelling at them and making rude statements. I have been here on a few occasions and the service isalways unbelievably poor. The food is alright, but the orders have been wrong most of the time and I am honestly too worriedabout getting verbally abused to ask for the food to be corrected. The wait times for the food are either very fast orunreasonably long (1hr). This one lady here is absolutely awful. We have been a few times, and this lady has been absolutely incredibly rude all times.... Most notably she yelled at a customer to do something, the customer responded that he was a custumer, and she said she didn'tcare. She will not give a single f about custumer service, and is constantly yelling at employees and workers. The food isalright, but the wait is long. I have never had any issues with any of the other employees. I think the reason this place isstill in buisness is it right next ti the college. Read more
Aaron is hands down the most customer obsessed employee I ever witnessed in the US: Warmly welcoming each customer, recommending... new food options, proactively engaging customers who might be unsatisfied due to longer waiting times, ot even checking directlywith the kitchen staff how he can support to speed up the process. And all of that with a honest smile. This man deserves allthe praise! Read more
Glad this Taco Bell was open til late. Not much open around the time we got to town. Food quality didn't seem to be as valuable... as the cost, but it was food at a time nothing else was around. Still thankful. Staff was pretty entertaining too, kinda odd butvery nice people. Read more
When we 1st walked in we were greeted the happiest, most enthusiastic, friendly employee I have seen. I wish I got his name but... man was he nice, respectful and extremely thoughtful. We had only planned to use the kiosk but his his energy pulled us up tothe old counter top lol!! Our food was fresh and fast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tea wasn't fresh andit sucked. Oh and final note-- Be cautious because it is in a high traffic area. No drive thru *** Read more
