Great service the owner was nice and gave us extra seasoning/coating on our fries
It's really good. I got 2 extra wings, and an extra thing of fries. Service was fine, and the chicken was really good. The sause... is really good flavor wise, but when I finished my wings, there was a POOL of melted butter in the bottem. It is fairly wellpriced, and the food is yummy, but a fair warning is that is a gut bomb. Read more
I usually love Wing-stop but the one in downtown slo has some major issues. We ordered food on my birthday, a 40 price group... pack thing. ( boneless obviously). Ordered it and gave a 20% tip after we waited an extra 20 minutes for the delivery driver tocome, I called and said nobody picked it up to bring it to us. And she told us we should come pick it up. So we drove 15 minutesthere then back home at least and the wings were soggy and not warm. So when we went inside the store to get the wings they-saidthey can?t give us the refund money. Now we waisted time, money, and their reputation. Don?t get delivery from wingstop. Justgot home and found one hair in my wing and thought it was a little bit gross but then after the next wing with a long black hairI was done. And will ask for a full refund. Ordered a 50 piece family pack of bone in wings and half of them were undercooked and bloody near the bone. I left a comment on... their website to receive a call back or an email and tried to call the store but did not get an answer back. Poor customerservice and satisfaction, why do they have a section on their website dedicated to reviews, comments, and concerns if they?renot going to follow up with feedback. Poor business in San Luis Obispo, there is no place for that type of work ethic in ourcounty. Read more
I truly wish I would've avoided this situation and not have come to this location. After hanging up with the "manager" on the... phone after she was being rude. I walk into the restaurant and find Kambria talking bad about me just because I asked her to dothree sauces even if I had to pay extra. Keep in mind in every location I have gone I was able to do this. It is completelyunprofessional to speak about customers especially in front of them. Of course she had no idea I was in the restaurant. I hopethat nobody else has this experience. We will no longer buy Wing Stop, just because we do not support the bad customer servicecoming from the restaurant and corporate. Read more
I usually love wing stop. But this location sucks! Its downtown and there is NO PARKING. I had to drive 3.5 miles away and a 10... min walk just to the store. I'm 6 mo pregnant and was craving wings, after parking I realized that my baby stroller was broken.That's when I gave up. I didn't even walk to the store let along order online or via phone.
