The wife and I received a gift card and finally had time to use it one afternoon. We went in for lunch. The place was empty... except for a few people at the bar and a work crew of 5. It was a bad experience from the start. We had to wait 5 minutes forthem to clean a table! Then, once seated, we waited another 10 minutes to get a menu. We decided quickly what we wanted but thewaiter disappeared. We had to ask the busboy to find our waiter. We ordered and got our drinks right away. Then the real wait.After 25 minutes I ask the waiter if the food would be out soon. He said the work crew ordered a bunch of extra crispy wings soit would be a while longer! Only one cook, I guess. 5 minutes later the food came. The wings were dry and skimpy, and the waiterbrought the wrong dipping sauce. Good grief. I can't imagine how bad it would have been had they busy. On the way out I used therestroom. There was pee on the floor in front of the urinals. Graffiti etched into the wall and the floors were filthy. I don'tthink we'll be going to this location again. Read more
Not bad. Went here because we know it takes forever to get food and we had a lot of time to kill. Clean bathrooms, staff was... pleasant, easy parking. The only sugar free beverage was the swill Diet Pepsi. Read more
We had to go interrupt two of the staff who were talking, to seat us, that watched us stand there for a good 5 minutes at the... hostess stand while they were huddled at the server station. Once we were seated things didn?t get much better. Non-attentiveand slow. Food was hot and delish which was appreciated. We came in for the appetizer sampler and a drink. Came in on 7/30 to watch the fight and eat some wings. I will say, bdubs wings are hit and miss these days, but my 10 piece... bone-ins were perfectly sauced. Speaking of getting sauced, their drinks are priced fairly and our spectacular server Danielkept them coming. This guy was killing it tonight, delivered our orders quickly and accurately. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no wild sauce, and the sandwich came drenched in wild sauce. Made it uneatable. The bun was... also as hard as a rock. Bacon Cheese Wedges came dry and with almost no cheese on them. They looked (and tasted) like day-oldfry wedges that someone threw some old/hard bacon bits on, and just a sprinkle of cheese. The french fries were greasy andcold. **And to the BWW social media person who will ultimately read this/respond with the robotic response you've put on all theother dissatisfied customer's posts - don't do that here. I'm not taking any more of my precious time to go fill-out the sameinformation again on your website. You HAVE all the information you need here to forward along to the location. Do YOUR job andfix it. Full-disclosure - we've had poor experiences from Buffalo Wild Wings before and swore we would never order from themagain. Wings were good but everything else was meh. Cheese curds tasted like they came from a microwave. Ordered a large fries which is... 7$ and got a plate of fries smaller than a normal order of in n out fries. Super disappointed. Our server was friendly but itjust seemed the place was lacking in management. It was early in the afternoon so I understand the day staff is smaller than thenight staff but still... Cringe Read more
Service was so so. I've been inside over a dozen times and service is just OK, this includes PreCovid visits. I give 3 stars... because service is and has been subpar. Food was not hot even though we waited for a longtime. Food... I love the Asian Zingwings which are my fav! The queso dip is good too. Just wish it was served temperature hot.
